Dear Fletcher Families,

Welcome to the new school year! On behalf of the faculty and staff, it is with incredible excitement that we welcome everyone to the 2020- 2021 school year at Fletcher Middle School. We recognize that this is a very different start to a new school year, yet we are all still looking forward to reconnecting with our students, families, and each other. We are ready to Return to Learn! At Fletcher, we take pride in our school and the exemplary programs and opportunities we offer to all of our students. We are committed to creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment where all students feel safe and excel in a variety of areas; academics, physical, and social-emotional. We share high expectations for ourselves, as well as for your children/our students. We embrace the importance of building positive self-esteem in all of our students at Fletcher where students are inspired and prepared to succeed in a global society.

As a parent/guardian, there are multiple opportunities for you to stay connected and involved as your child navigates the challenging world of middle school. Please make sure you have updated your online Infinite Campus information for the current school year. You can also access resources and useful links here: Fletcher Communication Resources.

The first day of school is Monday, August 17th. Although we start the school year remotely, we do expect that students are expected to be logged into their first class promptly every day. Monday begins at 10:00 am, Tuesday & Thursday begins at 9:00 am, Wednesday & Friday begins at 9:40 am (Bell Schedule).

This letter usually serves as the Welcome Letter to our Summer Mailing Informational Packet. Due to our remote distance learning start this year all of our Fletcher and Fletcher PTA forms can be found online. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with all the information as well as complete all the forms. This will help our grade-level material distribution day run smoothly.
